The produce we use is from fresh harvests. We wash, slice, dry then grind or mince every single vegetable listed in our seasonings. We use high-quality produce to ensure that every bottle is jam-packed with flavour!
We are made in small batches and a slow and low drying process is used for optimal nutritional value & flavour.
We use a food dehydrator for optimal quality and health benefits; customizing the drying hours of each fresh ingredient used. A dehydrator allows us to dry the vegetables while also preserving the nutritional value. Studies have shown when food is exposed to heat over 48°C, it will reduce beneficial nutritional properties, antioxidants, and active enzymes. Therefore our low-heat dehydration process allows us to lock in most of the nutrients and healthy enzymes.
